Welcome and thank you for choosing Simply Designed for your canvas prints or cushion covers. Our goal is to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, to ensure a clear understanding between all parties, we ask that you carefully read the following terms and conditions before making a purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy is 30 days. We offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we notify you of the approval, or rejection, of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We try and take maximum care that our products are free of manufacturing defects. We will replace items if they are defective. To exchange it for the same item, send us an email at simplydesignednelson@gmail.com.

 

Return Shipping - To return your product, please contact us for our return address.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Product Use and Care

Our canvas prints are designed for interior decoration purposes only. Proper care and handling are essential to the longevity of your print. We recommend the following to maintain the integrity of your canvas print:

- Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.

- Do not place in areas with extreme humidity or dryness.

- Avoid contact with sharp objects or chemicals.

 

Misuse of Canvas Prints

Misuse of canvas prints includes, but is not limited to, the following actions:

- Exposing the prints to outdoor elements or placing them in environments for which they are not intended (e.g., high-moisture areas like bathrooms without proper ventilation, kitchens, or outdoors).

- Altering, tampering with, or attempting to modify the canvas print in any way not approved by Simply Designed, including cutting, painting over, or applying substances to the canvas.

- Improper handling or neglect, such as dropping, bending, or applying excessive force to the canvas.

 

Limitation of Liability

Simply Designed shall not be liable for any damages that result from misuse, abuse, or neglect of the canvas prints. The warranty does not cover any damage to the canvas print caused by improper care, accidents, or natural disasters. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the canvas prints are used and cared for in accordance with the guidelines provided.

Warranty

Our canvases have a 20 year guarantee. This is a guarantee against defects and failures under normal use and display, for the life of the original purchaser. The warranty does not cover damages arising from misuse as described above.
